6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DeskTime Tracker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Licensed Software shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the use of the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
